Who should look elsewhere
Pricing can increase with the number of users and required features, potentially becoming costly for larger teams.
Pros
- +Unifies media assets from diverse storage locations into a single view.
- +Significantly accelerates creative collaboration and approval cycles.
- +Reduces storage costs through flexible infrastructure management.
- +Automates repetitive media workflows, saving time and scaling output.
- +Provides robust security for valuable media assets.
Cons
- −Pricing can increase with the number of users and required features, potentially becoming costly for larger teams.
- −Several core capabilities including the Edge Transcoder, Publish Panel, DRM, and forensic watermarking are sold as paid add-ons rather than bundled in, so the base subscription does not cover full functionality.
- −Costs can be difficult to predict on lower tiers because AI features, workflow automation runs, and transcoding are metered per use or charged as extras via a credit system that grows with your media volume.
- −Professional and Enterprise plans are quote-only and require contacting sales, making it difficult to estimate total cost before committing.
